Evelyn Liang is 14 years old and is currently preparing for the RCM Associate Diploma in Piano Performance. In June 2016 Evelyn completed Grade 10 Piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music, receiving First Class Honours with Distinction with a mark of 94%.

Evelyn began piano lessons at the age of four in China, and upon moving to Canada in 2013 began lessons with Cheryl Graham at the grade eight level with her father translating the lessons. Evelyn is the recipient of many awards including: Barrie Music Festivals most prestigious award, 2016 Senior Rose Bowl Winner, and was the 2015 Ontario Music Festival Association Provincial Competition 1st place winner for Grade 9 Piano. In February 2017, Evelyn was invited to perform in the New York’s Carnegie Hall as a first place award winner in the Crescendo International Music Competition.
